Hopimals is a game by JCees Digital. This page explains what happens to your information when you play.

Request deletion of your Hopimals ranking account and data

Information on your device

Your language, game settings, coins, unlocked characters, purchases and recent results are stored on your device. On Android, Hopimals asks for your birth date to determine an age group before the game opens. The birth date is not saved or sent to us; only the age group is stored on your device. Removing the app may remove this local information. Purchases can be restored through your App Store or Google Play account.

Worldwide ranking

When you play or open the worldwide ranking, Hopimals creates an anonymous account with Supabase and stores your chosen player name, character, height, score, update time and account identifier. Other players can see your player name, character and score on the ranking. You can enter or change your own player name in the game. Do not enter your real name, contact details or other private information. Supabase processes the ranking data on our behalf.

Purchases

Paid characters are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Those stores process payment and billing details under their own privacy policies. Hopimals receives purchase information needed to unlock and restore the characters; we do not receive your full card details.

Advertising

Hopimals may show an interstitial ad through Google AdMob after a game. All ad requests are treated as child-directed, limited to G-rated content and non-personalized. Where required, a consent message is shown before ads load. Google may process device and network information for ad delivery, fraud prevention and measurement. On Android, Hopimals blocks access to the advertising ID.

Why we use this information

We use local progress to make the game work, ranking data to provide the worldwide ranking, purchase information to unlock paid characters, and ad information to support the game. We do not sell your player name or game progress.

Delete your Hopimals ranking account and data

To request deletion of your Hopimals ranking account and associated ranking data, email info@jcees-digital.com with the subject “Delete my Hopimals ranking account”. Include the player name shown in the game so we can locate the account. A parent or guardian can request deletion for a child. We may ask for information needed to verify that the account is yours before deleting it. Deleting the app only removes local progress; it does not delete the online ranking account. Store purchase records are held by Apple or Google under their policies.

Hopimals bewaart je voortgang en instellingen op je apparaat. Op Android vragen we naar je geboortedatum om je leeftijdsgroep te bepalen. We bewaren alleen die leeftijdsgroep op je apparaat, niet je geboortedatum. De wereldranglijst gebruikt een anoniem Supabase-account en toont je zelf ingevoerde spelersnaam, karakter en score aan anderen. Gebruik geen echte naam of privégegevens. Betaalde karakters lopen via Apple of Google. Na een spel kunnen alle spelers een contextuele, niet-gepersonaliseerde AdMob-advertentie zien die als kindgericht is ingesteld.
